Our proposal: we accompany you to explore this weekend with awareness and without judgment. The art of mindfulness is to be present here and now in the present moment. Drop off your bags at the entrance to the Manoir, and don't pick them up until you leave.
We'll explain how, on a daily basis, we're polluted by ruminations and projections into the future. And we'll help you let go of all that and observe without judgment. Please contact us for prices and proposals.
