Farm products: Plain and flavored fromage frais, plain and caraway munster, bargkass, white wine-aged tomme, plain and wild garlic randonneur, raclette, tchic, faisselle, plain and fruit-flavored yogurts, raw milk.
Mixed-crop farm (cattle, pigs and poultry) processing all its production for over 20 years into a wide range of homemade meat and charcuterie products. All animals are fed a farm ration and sleep on straw beds. Poultry enjoy a large outdoor area.
Ribeaupierre is a pressed, uncooked cheese, also known as Tomme d'Alsace. Ferme l'Hirondelle produces around 2,500 kg per week, or 125 tons per year. Herd of 150 cows on 75 hectares of farmland.
